WHAT WE DO

We are manufacturers of Roll On Pilfer Proof Closures (ROPP) with a state of the art manufacturing facility in the Union Territory of Pondicherry. We have an installed capacity of over 5 million closures per month of various sizes including 22mm, 25mm, 28mm and 29/35mm (deep). We are in the process of expanding our production capacity and product range to include tear off seals, vial seals and side embossed ROPP closures.

Visual Inspection

The finished product is subject to a 100% visual inspection on an inspection conveyor prior to packing.

Our manufacturing process is geared towards producing closures that are of a high and consistent quality while retaining cost competitiveness. Quality copnsciousness begins with the awareness of our employees and cleanliness at our facility. The manufacturing process is controlled at every stage using quality checkpoints to ensure that the finished products are to the specifications required by the customer. Our production is carried out in strict conformance with a comprehensive Quality Managament System. The finished product is subject to a 100% visual inspection on an inspection conveyor prior to packing. The final operations of lining, visual inspection and packing are done in an air-conditioned, dust free environment.

Our Quality Control

In keeping with our focus of producing a high quality product in a consistent, cost effective manner, we are working towards obtaining ISO 9001 certification for our Quality Managament System.

Testing facilities to inspect both the input raw material quality and the quality of the finished products are available at our factory. Each employee is trained to utilise the testing equipment and process control mechanisms relevant to their function. Supervisors with appropriate technical qualifications oversee and certify the process. Testing facilities available include gauges to ensure that the dimensions of the finished product are within specified limits, measuring tools and hardness testers to determine that the dimensional and other characteristics of the input raw materials are within specifications and a semi automatic sealing machine to ensure that the functionality of the product is consistent and assured.

We encourage and welcome regular visits by our customers to our unit to carry out Quality Audits / Inspections to enable them to satisfy themselves of the consistency of our product quality.
